1. What information does SRF LIMITED collect and use

The SRF LIMITED may gather and use information about you, including (but not limited to) information in the following categories:

• Identification data (e.g. name, username, address, telephone number, mobile number, email address).
• Profile information (e.g. age, gender, country of residence, language preference and any information that you choose to make available to others as part of your SRF LIMITED user profile as further described in following section 6).
• Electronic identification data (e.g. IP address, IMEI, cookies).
• Banking and payment information (e.g. credit card information, account number).
• Call quality and survey results.
• Information about your usage of and interaction with SRF LIMITED software, products, websites and marketing communications (including computer, platform, device and connection information, client performance information, error reports, device capability, bandwidth, statistics on page views, calling destinations, and traffic to and from our websites, browser type and SRF LIMITED).
• List of your contacts, connection and related data (we will give you a choice as to whether you want SRF LIMITED to use contact/connection list from other services to populate your SRF LIMITED contacts or connections).
• Your username and password for other email accounts where you have provided this to us and requested us to correspondence between users, stakeholders, you and SRF LIMITED.
• Location information, derived from your mobile carrier or from the mobile device that you use.
• Mobile device information, such as manufacturer’s name, device model number, operating system, carrier network, IMEI.
• Location information, device identifiers and standard identifiers of the Wi-Fi networks your device detects, when you search for or connect to a Wi-Fi hotspot.
• Access tokens for other accounts you associate with your SRF LIMITED account (which are like an electronic key provided by the service that acts in place of a password for authentication.

 

2. How SRF LIMITED use information and for what purpose

Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, effective, efficient, and customized experience. The SRF LIMITED collects and uses, or has third party service providers acting on SRF LIMITED behalf collecting and using, personal data relating to you, as permitted or necessary to:

• Provide internet communication, search contents, audio, video sharing and other products in particular to convey the communications and videos to individuals and others by SRF LIMITED software and/or the products.
• Change and customize SRF LIMITED features and functionality.
• Provide other services to individuals (as described when we collect the information).
• Provide each individual effective and efficient customer support and troubleshoot problems.
• Compare information for accuracy.
• Inform individuals about service updates and faults.
• Request feedback or participation in on-line surveys.
• Resolve disputes.
• Verify idividuals identity.
• Customize, measure, and improve SRF LIMITED software and websites, as well as other SRF LIMITED products and services.
• Organize and carry out SRF LIMITED marketing or promotional operations/offers, contests, games and similar events.
• Protect each individuals and SRF LIMITED interests, including in particular to enforce our Terms of Use and prevent and fight against fraud, (together, the purposes).

 

3. Our disclosure of your personal information

Except as provided below, SRF LIMITED will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise transfer any personal and/or traffic data or communications content outside of SRF LIMITED and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your explicit permission, unless it is obliged to do so under applicable laws or by order of the competent authorities. Please note that information that you voluntarily make public in your user profile, or which you disclose on forums, discussions boards or by posting comments will be publicly available and viewable by others. 

We may access, disclose and preserve personal data, when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law or respond to valid legal process from competent authorities, including from law enforcement or other government agencies; protect our customers, for example to prevent spam or attempts to defraud our users, or to help prevent the loss of life or serious injury of anyone; operate and maintain the security of our websites, products and services, including to prevent or stop an attack on our computer systems or networks; or protect our rights or property including enforcing the terms governing the use of our websites, products or services – however, if we receive information indicating that someone is using our products to traffic in stolen intellectual or physical property of SRF LIMITED, we will not inspect a customer’s private communications or documents ourselves, but we may refer the matter to law enforcement. 

Some SRF LIMITED products and services may be (i) co-branded (ii) made available via a partner company’s website and/or (iii) supported through a partner company. If you register for or use such products, you consent to both and the partner company’s use of personal data collected in connection with the product and you understand that the partner company’s use of your personal data may be subject to the partner company’s privacy policy. The SRF LIMITED may offer its products in connection with other websites or services or may team with other online services to give you the combined results of both products/services or additional services and benefits. To determine whether you would benefit from the combined offer, if you have provided your consent, SRF LIMITED may match your email address, and email addresses of your contacts against email addresses you have provided to the third party website/service provider.

If you are a member of the Floron APP, detailed information about the activity on your account including traffic data and details of your purchases and downloads may be accessed by your SRF LIMITED administrator if you have agreed to such access. You can withdraw your agreement at any time by changing the settings on your account page on www.florongas.com. If you provide personal data including your name to be included in the SRF LIMITED manager directory, you acknowledge that such data may be viewed by other members of the SRF LIMITED manager.

The SRF LIMITED local partner, or the operator or company facilitating your communication may provide personal data, communications content and/or traffic data to an appropriate judicial, law enforcement or government authority lawfully requesting such information. The SRF LIMITED may provide reasonable assistance and information to fulfill such request and you hereby consent to such disclosure.

Information that is collected by or sent to SRF LIMITED may be stored and processed in the India, United States or any other country in which SRF LIMITED or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers maintain facilities. In this regard, or for purposes of sharing or disclosing data the SRF LIMITED reserve the right to transfer information outside of your country. By using SRF LIMITED software, websites or products you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

As SRF LIMITED continue to develop its business, SRF LIMITED might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In any such transactions in which SRF LIMITED or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal information of SRF LIMITED users will generally be one of the transferred business assets. We reserve the right to include your personal information in any such transfer to a third party.

4. Accessing your personal information

The SRF LIMITED services give ability to view or edit your personal information online. To help prevent your personal information from being viewed by others, you first will be required to sign in. The method(s) for accessing your personal information will depend on which sites or services you have used.

The SRF LIMITED connect - If you are a registered user of SRF LIMITED, you can access and edit your personal information by clicking manage your profile at the SRF LIMITED website.

The SRF LIMITED account - If you wish to update the profile information on your SRF LIMITED account, change your password, add security information, view the unique ID associated with your credentials or close your account, you can do so by visiting SRF LIMITED account services.

Public profile - If you have created a public profile with your SRF LIMITED account, you may edit or delete information in your public profile by going to your profile.

The SRF LIMITED partner programs - If you are registered with SRF LIMITED partner programs, you can review and edit your profile by clicking manage your account on the partner program website.

If you cannot access personal data collected by SRF LIMITED sites or services via the links above, these sites and services may provide you with other ways to access to your data. You can contact SRF LIMITED by using the web form. We will respond to requests to access or delete your personal information within 30 days.

• What we collect

• Registration - When you sign up to use our sites or services you may be required to provide information about yourself, such as your name, date of birth and postal code etc.
• Signing in - To access SRF LIMITED services, you will need to sign in with an email address and password, which we refer to as your SRF LIMITED If you access our services via a mobile phone, you may also use your telephone number and a PIN as an alternative credential to your username and password. By signing in on one SRF LIMITED application, site or service, you may be automatically signed into other SRF LIMITED applications and services that use SRF LIMITED account.
• Using our sites and services - We collect information that tells us how you interact with our services, including the browser you're using, your IP address, location, cookies or other unique IDs, the pages you visit and features you use.
• Data from other sources - We may get additional information about you, such as demographic data we purchase from other companies.
• When you are asked to provide personal information, you may decline.  But if you choose not to provide the information, you may not be able to use some features or services.
• How we collect: We use a number of methods and technologies to gather information about how you use our sites and services, such as:

1. Web forms, such as when you type information into a registration form or type a search query into a search box.
2. Web logging, which enables us to collect the standard information your browser sends to every website you visit - such as your IP address, browser type and language, and the site you came from - as well as the pages you visit and the links you click while using our sites and services.
3. Software installed on your computer or other devices, which may send back information needed to operate, update or improve that software.

• Your agreement with SRF LIMITED

• The SRF LIMITED software applications and associated documentation (whether in printed or electronic form) including any improvements, modifications, enhancements, fixes, updates, upgrades and future versions thereto (“Updates”) and whether made available for free or for a fee, (collectively the “Software”) are licensed (not sold) to you by Software.
• The features and products that are made available through the Software for free (excluding products or features available for free on a trial basis only).
• Any additional products or features of Software or other branded products, that you pay for (including products or features available for free on a trial basis only) (“Paid For Products”) are provided to you by SRF LIMITED.
• Your agreement with FlipFake made up of the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with any fair usage policies described in this document. To the extent of any inconsistency between the fair usage policies or any additional terms and this document, this document shall take precedence.

• Acceptance of the terms
• In order to download and/or use the Software, Products and/or Websites you must first accept these terms. These terms are accepted by you (a) when you click to accept or agree to the terms; or (b) when you download and/or use the Software, Products and/or Floron Websites. We advise you to print a copy of these terms for your records. You can also download a copy of the terms applicable to your purchases from your account page on florongas.com. These Terms remain effective from the date of acceptance until terminated by you or SRF LIMITED.
• You cannot accept these terms if: (a) you are not lawfully entitled to use the Software, Products and/or SRF LIMITED Websites in the country in which you are located or reside or (b) if you are not of legal age to form a binding agreement with SRF LIMITED. Please see T & C for the children’s age below 13 year.
• In some countries the products may be provided to you by SRF LIMITED local partner. If so, that local partner may ask you to accept it’s own terms of service (“local terms”). If there is any inconsistency between those local terms and these terms, then the local terms shall govern to the extent of that inconsistency.

• Change to the terms

The SRF LIMITED may make changes to these terms from time to time. The changes to fair usage policies and/or additional terms will be posted on the applicable SRF LIMITED Website. The changes will be effective when published. Please review the terms on a regular basis. You understand and agree that your express acceptance of the terms or your use of the Software, Products and/or SRF LIMITED Websites after the date of publication shall constitute your agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you may terminate your relationship with SRF LIMITED.

• License
• The license subject to your compliance with these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, non-assignable, with fee download and install the Software on a mobile phone or other device with registration fee and personally use the Software through your individual SRF LIMITED user account (“User Account”). The SRF LIMITED reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these terms.

• Restrictions: You may not and you agree not to:
  • The sub-license, sell, assign, rent, lease, export, import, distribute or transfer or otherwise grant rights to any third party in the Software.
  • The undertake, cause, permit or authorize the modification, creation of derivative works or improvements, translation, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, decryption, emulation, hacking, discovery or attempted discovery of the source code or protocols of the Software or any part or features thereof (except to the extent permitted by law).
  • Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary notices included in the Software.
  • The use of Software or cause the Software (or any part of it) to be used within or to provide commercial products or services to third parties. The foregoing shall not preclude you using the Software for your own business interests.
  • Other than for the purposes of download and installation, use the Software except through your User Account.
• Software migration: New software release
  • If you are using our Software pre-loaded on, embedded in, combined, distributed or used with or downloaded onto other products, hardware, software applications, programs or devices (“Other Technology”), you agree and acknowledge that: (a) you may be required to (i) enter into a separate license agreement with; and/or (ii) purchase a subscription from; and/or (iii) pay a license fee for the software migration; Additionally, our Software may contain features that allow you to submit information to, or plot yourself on a map using, a mapping service.
  • The support and updates of old software would be provided up to certain time after new updated software release. The users need to migrate to new software as we may not provide any support and fixes after new software release.

• Personal information’s collected online from children
• The Floron APP children’s age below 13 are not allowed to register as these application are related to provide live, off-line educational tutorials, study material and connects educationist across the boundaries.

5. What are cookies and how SRF LIMITED uses them

Through using SRF LIMITED websites and/or software users are giving their consent to the use of cookies. The users can choose to reject cookies at any time, either by changing their browser settings (if browser permits) or by ceasing to use SRF LIMITED websites and/or software or by using the applicable opt-out functions. User should be aware that certain features are only available through the use of cookies and if you choose not to accept cookies, such features may not be available to you.

• What are cookies

Cookies are small files containing a string of characters (text) that are sent to user’s browser from a website’s server. The cookie may contain a unique identifier but it does not contain personally identifiable information such as name or email address. The SRF LIMITED may use cookies when users visit its websites, using SRF LIMITED software or visit other websites where SRF LIMITED service advertisements. The browser of the SRF LIMITED software client or user Internet browser stores the cookie on user’s computer's hard drive and this may be access by the website during user’s next visit. Other websites may also send cookies to your browser but your browser will not allow those websites to see SRF LIMITED cookie data.

• Other similar technologies

The SRF LIMITED web pages and client interfaces may include clear gifs, web-beacons, tracking pixels and other similar electronic images to help deliver cookies on our sites and let us count users who have visited those pages. In addition, we use these images in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened and acted upon and to enable us to recognize you and understand your activity on our websites as a result of these actions. • What type of cookies does SRF LIMITED use

The SRF LIMITED uses session cookies, persistent cookies and local shared objects (flash cookies). Session cookies are temporary cookies, or unique identifiers associated with your browser for the duration of visit to SRF LIMITED websites or area of the SRF LIMITED software client. Once user close their browser, the session cookie ID will disappear and information about visit is not retained.

Persistent Cookies remain on user browser even after user close it and may be used by browser on subsequent visits to the website. 

Local Shared Objects or ‘Flash Cookies’ are cookies written with Adobe flash technology. These cookies are saved on user’s computer in the same way as other cookies but they cannot be managed at browser level in the same way.

• How SRF LIMITED uses Cookies

The SRF LIMITED use its own cookies for a variety of purposes, including to:

1. Recognize user when sign in and understand how users arrived at our website, so we can make sure that we provide our users with relevant customer content and information. For example:

• If users arrived at our website by clicking on a link to hear about US subscription packages, we can make sure they see content relevant to those offers.
• We can recognize user’s time zone so that your call lists are accurately displayed.
• If your last purchase included VAT, we can make sure users are always provided with a VAT inclusive price.
• If cookie was set a long time ago, we know users are not a new user and we will not show content intended for new users, such as ‘how to use SRF LIMITED

7. Monitor the effectiveness and performance of our advertising and marketing campaigns and carry out research in order to help us to improve our products and websites.

9. Populate your SRF LIMITED client with one of your contacts’ information, where this contact invited you to join SRF LIMITED.

The SRF LIMITED use analytics partners, including Google Analytics to gather statistical and analytical information about how users use SRF LIMITED websites and software clients. For example, this partner gather and aggregate data on page views and clicks on our sites, the search engines and keywords used to find our sites, links accessed from our sites, error and crash information about our clients, and similar information. If you have accessed our site from a link in an email that we sent to you, these analytics may be used to effectively target emails that we send to you in the future. These analytics are not used to track your journey to other websites. 

• Advertising

The advertisements of SRF LIMITED and of third parties appearing in the SRF LIMITED software, products and on third party websites are delivered to you by SRF LIMITED pvt ltd advertising or other carefully selected ad serving partners (“Ad Serving Partners”). 

The SRF LIMITED and its Ad Serving Partners may use non-personally identifiable information that you have provided in your profile or otherwise provided to SRF LIMITED, such as your age, gender, language and country of residence, as well as information about your relationship with and use of SRF LIMITED websites, software, and products, in order to provide advertisements likely to be of greater interest to you and to help us measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns. The SRF LIMITED and our Ad Serving Partners may use cookies and/or web-beacons to collect this information.

• Browser Cookies

The Help option on the toolbar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, how to delete cookies or how to disable cookies altogether.

The SRF LIMITED software browser cookies can be disabled by accessing the File menu from your SRF LIMITED software client toolbar, choosing the Privacy option and un-checking the ‘Allow SRF LIMITED Browser Cookies’ box.

6. Your advertising choices

The SRF LIMITED websites and software clients enable third-party advertisements provided by SRF LIMITED pvt ltd, Advertising and its Ad Serving Partners. We may use non-personally identifiable information that you have provided to SRF LIMITED, such as the age, gender, language and country of residence in your profile as well as information about your relationship with and use of SRF LIMITED websites, software, and products, such as the destination of your calls, in order to provide advertisements likely to be of greater interest to you and to help us measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns and offers.

These ads may also be targeted based on other information SRF LIMITED, Advertising collects outside of SRF LIMITED websites and software. For instance, SRF LIMITED Advertising may utilize the same browser cookies set by SRF LIMITED websites to enhance targeting within the SRF LIMITED software client.

To learn more about how SRF LIMITED advertising collects and uses information to target ads on SRF LIMITED and other properties, including how it uses information collected from SRF LIMITED, such as age and gender and other information collected as part of delivering ads to or on behalf of SRF LIMITED to target ads on other properties.

7. Your user profile

Your user profile is the information provided by you at registration or later which is displayed in your SRF LIMITED profile in the software client, in the search directory and on your personal details page in your account on www.florongas.com. It may include your SRF LIMITED username, full name, address, telephone and mobile numbers, gender, date of birth, country, language, “about me” page URL, and any other information that you decide to make available. You can access your user profile from the “SRF LIMITED” menu in the software client or from your account on www.florongas.com in order to view, correct or complete information, remove non-mandatory information and to see the privacy settings associated with your profile information.

8. How SRF LIMITED protect personal information

The SRF LIMITED will take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data and traffic data provided to it or collected by it with due observance of the applicable obligations and exceptions under the relevant legislation. Your personal and traffic data can only be accessed by authorized employees of SRF LIMITED or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers who need to have access to this data in order to be able to fulfill their given duties.

The SRF LIMITED may use automated scanning within Instant Messages and SMS to (a) identify suspected spam and/or (b) identify URLs that have been previously flagged as spam, fraud, or phishing links; and (c) as part of our effort to protect the SRF LIMITED software, products or our customers. In limited instances, SRF LIMITED may capture and manually review instant messages or SMS in connection with these efforts. The SRF LIMITED may, in its sole discretion, block or prevent delivery of suspected Spam, and remove suspicious links or content from messages.

9. Mapping and location features

If you agree to allow access to your location, SRF LIMITED can use that information to provide services you request or to personalize your experience. For example, SRF LIMITED or Floron may contain features that are based on the maps service or other third party map services that allow you to share your current location on a map or to search for items on a map, such as nearby Wi-Fi access points. When you request to plot your location on a map or to search for nearby Wi-Fi access points, your request is provided to maps and/or the third party map service for processing. Location information may include data available cell tower data, Wi-Fi hotspot data, and Global Position System (GPS) data.

 To learn more about how third party mapping services collect and use information, see the privacy statements for those services. Depending on the device you are using, SRF LIMITED may use third party services to provide mapping services. For example, SRF LIMITED may use Google maps on certain devices. When you use a location based service or feature, available cell tower data, Wi-Fi data and Global Position System (GPS) data may be sent to SRF LIMITED. The SRF LIMITED use location information to provide the services you request personalize your experience and improve SRF LIMITED products and services. 

Certain services may allow you to control when location information is sent to SRF LIMITED. Refer to the documentation that came with your device for information about how to turn off location features. 

10. Can this privacy policy be modify

The SRF LIMITED will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our software and/or products and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy at www.florongas.com, we will update the "last revised" date at the bottom of the Privacy Policy. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how we will use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification. You agree that your continued use of the SRF LIMITED software or products after notice shall constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how SRF LIMITED is collecting, using, and protecting your information.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, or by means of a notice on our homepage.

If we decide to make changes in our email practices, we will post those changes to this privacy policy, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

10.2     Secure shopping

Our platform is 100% safe and we are using encryption and block chain technology at specific area. We use industry standard secure systems to protect your personal and payment information. For your safety, we do not store your complete credit card details or payment information in our systems and this is directly transmitted securely to the bank for payment processing.

The SRF LIMITED is concerned about the safety and security of our stakeholders. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure. For enhanced security Floron APP does not store any financial information on its servers. All such information entered by you is directly received by our Banks servers and are then transmitted to your banks servers. All this is done through industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Majority of online transactions are completed without incident. However, please keep in mind that customer protection is a two-way street. When buying on any online venue, caution must always be practiced. Following are some guidelines that you should follow to ensure safe and secure online shopping, tutorials etc. 

11. Safety and security tips

Protect your passwords

• If using a public computer or terminal, always log out when you complete an online session.
• Keep your passwords private. Remember, anybody who knows your password may access your account.
• When creating a valid password, use letters and numbers only and it should be 6-15 characters long. A combination of letters, upper case and numbers is best. Do not use dictionary words, your name, e-mail address, or other personal information that can be easily obtained. It is also recommended that you frequently change your password.
• Avoid using the same password for multiple online accounts. 

Be wary of unsolicited e-mail and telephone contacts.

• The flipfake.com will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their www.florongas.com password, credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted on the web page forms, when completing an order on www.florongas.com or when making updates to Your Account areas and never on phone or e-mail to us. If you receive a suspicious e-mail with a link to update your account information, do not click on the link-instead go directly to https://www.florongas.com and then to your account.
• If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity impersonating as com or any of its sister concerns or associates, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to Floron APP for investigation.
• Customers should always carefully review order and shipment confirmation e-mails to ensure that they are legitimate and have been sent by com. To do this, simply cross-reference confirmation e-mails with the transaction history found in your account area. • A phishing email will normally have a tone of urgency – like "Your account will be temporarily suspended" and therefore please "Login to keep your account active." Please remember com will NEVER send such emails to our customers?
• If you are doubtful about the credibility of the email, please DO NOT click on any link provided in the email. This may trigger malicious codes being installed on your PC. You must report the incident to com.
